Your girl’s new favorite rapper, Oakland’s G-Eazy, just dropped new single “Lotta That” off his upcoming LP These Things Happen.
Accompanied by A$AP Ferg, Eazy rhymes in a quick, very Slim Shady-esque flow to a trap beat with lyrics about his money, car, and of course, his hoes. But don’t get the 25- year-old rapper mixed up with our boy from Detroit, he reminds us, “know where I’m from, rep that Bay Area, speak all on my tongue.”
When it comes to wit and humorous one-liners, G-Eazy’s definitely got lotta that. Earlier this year, GlobalGrind caught up with G-Eazy down in Austin during SXSW to talk about his “These Things Happen” tour and of course, about his admiration for Bay Area legend E-40.
