The-Dream has released the visuals for his song “Black.”
Initially releasing the song on the night of the Donald Sterling incident, The-Dream addresses the issue of racism all over the world.
The video is set in the Langa Township of South Africa while The-Dream sings about the issues of racism, gun violence and the actual meaning of feeling “black.” In the video, The-Dream is in the middle of a growing crowd of protestors. The signs held during the protest showcase an inspiring set of visuals.
This is the first track we’ve heard from The-Dream’s upcoming album, Fruition, which is scheduled to come later on this year.
Check out the new video above.
