“Are my eyebrows OK?” said every young adult female at least once.
Over the past year or so, eyebrows have become important. Like, really important to girls everywhere.

Spring runway trends introduced a strong, thick brow (shout out to eyebrow queen Cara Delevingne) and it seems the trend is here to stay.

While some ‘90s fashion, like denim overalls, is resurfacing, the thin, highly-arched eyebrows of the time are not. Nowadays, women prefer a thicker, more masculine eyebrow (excluding, of course, the times Miley Cyrus and Kendall Jenner bleached their eyebrows in the name of fashion).

Where eyebrows used to only require tweezing, enhancing them is now a staple in our beauty or makeup routine. Eyebrow care has its own line of products, like pencils, gels, and powders to make our arches look fuller. Women strive to let their eyebrows grow in where they once over-plucked, cutting down the time (and pain) needed to maintain them.
And why should we not take care of our brows? They do frame our faces, after all.
plucking your eyebrows is legitimately very stressful because you pull out one wrong hair and it’s game over
