The first trailer for Lifetime’s made-for-TV film The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story is finally here and it is interesting to say the least.

The film, which is directed by Jason Lapeyre and stars none of the original cast, seeks to expose the drama that went on behind the scenes between each of the tween cast members. The trailer shows each individual member of the cast battling it out for the spotlight while directors, producers, photographers and crew members do their best to keep the kids in line.

The movie will air at 9 p.m. on September 1.

Year after year, thousands of hopeful musicians flock to American Idol try-outs in the hopes of impressing the celebrity judges and making it through to Hollywood. One lucky fan did just that and got way more than a yellow piece of paper guaranteeing him a spot in the second round of auditions.

The young contestant entered the audition room with a guitar and a dream as he approached the judges table and asked Jennifer Lopez to slow dance with him while he sang Sam Smith’s hit single “Stay With Me.” She happily obliged and the two danced while fellow judge Keith Urban played guitar and Harry Connick, Jr. played piano.

Channing Tatum ditched the comforts of Hollywood to get back to basics with adventure-seeker and survivalist Bear Grylls on his show, Running Wild with Bear Grylls.

During the episode, the 34-year-old actor is forced to jump out of a helicopter into a body of water below. After swimming to shore, he and Bear strip down to allow their pants some time to dry.

“I would absolutely say this is more exciting than any movie I’d been on,” Tatum said during the show. “Everything in the movie world is so planned and generally rehearsed. This is not rehearsed. I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

The episode airs Monday, August 11 on NBC.

According to China Daily, Metta World Peace, the NBA baller formerly known as Ron Artest, has decided to reinvent himself yet again following a move to China to play for the Sichuan Blue Whales.

The publication reported Artest is now going by the name “Panda Friend,” however he denies the story’s accuracy.

The Pandas Friend is keeping pretty tight-lipped right now, but claims he’ll reveal his inspiration for the name in his book.

We can’t wait to hear this one.
