It looks like while Gucci Mane‘s in jail, people are still trying to get their just due. It’s been reported that Gucci Mane, Debra Antey, and Johnnie Campbell are facing another lawsuit because of no-show booked apperances.

The latest lawsuit was filed by William Marshall (Marshall Productions) and Derrick Brown (Rockstar Entertainment) in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. They both claim that Gucci’s representatives took two deposits of $13, 750.00 to book him for shows in Pittsburgh last August that were never completed.

During that time Gucci Mane was not allowed to leave Georgia due to parole violations from a 2005 felony assault, which eventually sent back to prison for 12 months in November.

In the lawsuit, Marshall and Brown claim “the defendants’ engaged in a widespread scheme scheduling concerts they knew would not take place, including the concerts involving plaintiffs that are the subject of this complaint.” They’re seeking over $25,000 in damages. A court date hasn’t been set.
