<p> </p><p>Megan Williams, 10, was found with a dressing gown cord attached to her bunk bed wrapped, around her neck and unable to breath. The girl’s head got caught in the loop of the cord, and it slowly tightened and strangled her to death as she continued to dance.</p><p>“Her lips were blue. I shouted something like: ‘Oh My God.
