It’s been a crazy week in the political areana and with the midterm election coming up it only seems to get crazier. From NPR dumping Juan Williams to the Rent is to damn high guy, the FAILS were epic this week. So let’s take a look at the FAILS Of the week.

Juan Williams was fired by NPR, the news organization announced late on Wednesday night that it has terminated the contract of longtime analyst Juan Williams over his comments on Fox News that, when he is on a plane with Muslims, ‘I get nervous.’ Not the smartest thing to say, in Juan’s defense it was an honest opinion and at the time didn’t seem to controversial but NPR didn’t feel that way. After Williams made those comments NPR hit him with the axe, firing Williams almost immediately.

FAIL on NPR for their knee jerk reaction, yes they are publicly funded but at the same time they can’t fire people based on comments. It turned out all good or Williams in less than 24hrs Williams signed a $2million contract with Fox News. Guess the jokes on NPR.

Almost 20 years later the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas contacted Anita Hill to ask for her apology for accusing the justice for sexual harassment. Virginia Thomas’ intention for the contact was basically to extend an olive branch to Hill.

FAIL on Virginia Thomas, C’mon son; it’s been nearly 20 yrs since Anita Hill charged her husband, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, for making sexual remarks which included references to pornographic films. Let it go Mrs. Thomas, Anita isn’t bringing it up, she moved on with her life, so why can’t you? Anita did the right thing in contact the authorities, seems Mrs. Thomas is still tight. EPIC FAIL!

Jimmy McMillan, who is running for Governor of New York, says The rent is to damn high. That is Jimmy McMillan’s platform and that is what Jimmy McMillan believes. Without question the political star of the week.

The rent is to damn high is McMillan’s platform and in addition to repeating his party name had this to say about the state’s $8 billion deficit: ‘It’s like a cancer. It will heal itself.’ Amusing and funny McMillan stole the show, what wasn’t funny was when we found out a couple days later that the guy doesn’t pay rent, FAIL.
