Shakira was one of the many talented artist to perform in Lisbon, Portugal for the Rock in Rio Lisboa on Friday, May 21. This latina sung many of her songs including, “Ojos Asi” (Eyes Like that) for the music festival. Shakira was center stage at the Parque de Bela Vista, wearing a casual sexy look. Can’t forget about her infamous belly dancing! She amazed the crowd by doing her trademark hip shaken dance that wowed everyone.
While Shakira is not strutting her hips the generous singer is working with an organization called, “Pies Descalzos Foundations”, which means barefoot in Spanish. She is currently helping to re-build schools in Haiti. She stated:
“We need to think about the future of this country and how the Haitian children may be useful to their society of the future … education is a key instrument through which to allow development and reconstruction of Haiti.”
