Disgraced Olympic track star Marion Jones has signed with the WNBA’s Tulsa Shock and will begin her quest for a pro basketball career at the age of 34. The Sprinter signed Wednesday with the WNBA’s Shock, which relocated from the Palace to Tulsa, Okla., this off-season.

She won five medals at the Sydney Olympics a decade ago but was stripped of them after admitting in 2007 that she had used performance-enhancing drugs. Jones also spent about six months in prison for lying to federal prosecutors about doping and her role in a check-fraud scam.

The 34-year-old was the starting point guard on North Carolina’s national championship team in 1994 and was drafted by Phoenix in 2003 but never played in the WNBA.
