Van Jones, once a ‘green jobs’ adviser to Barack Obama, was back on the scene for the yearly NAACP image awards on Friday night, while accepting his President’s award he had a few heart felt words for the man who some believe is the reason for him resigning from his White House position, Glenn Beck. In Jones’ acceptance speech, he had words for his “fellow countryman, Glenn Beck.” “I see you, and I love you, brother,” Jones said. “I love you and you cannot do anything about it. I love you and you cannot do anything about it. Let’s be one country. Let’s be one country. Let’s get the job done.” It seems Van Jones is willing to let bygones be bygones, although I thought it was bit sarcastic, who knows? Either way his message was correct ‘Let’s be one country, let’s get the job done’.   I totally agree.
