Alex Herman, an autistic teenager from Illinois, claims to have a perfect 2010 NCAA tournament bracket through the first two rounds. If true, the teen has beaten odds of more than 13 million to 1. Wow, if only my bracket was like his, so many upsets killed me. Wish I had this kid when was filling out my bracket. The President could have used this kid also when he was filling out his bracket.
