Details regarding how Paul Walker died in a fiery December car crash have finally been released.

According to the report, Walker’s body was charred through the skin. Roger Rodas, the driver of the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, suffered from major head trauma.

The report described the two men’s injuries in detail, saying their remains were charred and both had elevated levels of carbon monoxide in their systems.

Both men were found “lying supine” and in a “pugilistic stance,” the report states. Rodas had major head trauma, with his skull and jaw fractured and his brain exposed

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has been continuing its investigation into the crash, and investigators previously stated that witnesses said the car was traveling fast.

The car was traveling at an “unsafe speed” of “approximately 100+ mph” before the single-vehicle crash, the report states. The report concludes that the Fast & Furious star died from “combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.” No alcohol or drug traces were found in either body.

As always, we send our condolences to both the families of Rodas and Walker during this difficult time.
