Smilers have been known to go to great lengths to get the attention of their idol, Miley Cyrus, but getting arrested? That’s over the top.
A teen boy was arrested late last week after breaking into Miley’s dressing room at a Nebraska concert stop on her Bangerz tour.
While inside, the dedicated fan left a note for Cyrus, according to Radar Online, in the hopes that she would find it and reach out. Security footage shows 18-year-old Tucker Salvensen, pictured above, walking in restricted areas backstage just one day before the concert was set to take place. However, it wasn’t the camera that got him caught.
The boy set himself up, tweeting photos of the dressing room to Miley to let her know he had left the note behind.

He later tweeted at Miley to share the news of his arrest, saying it caused him to miss her show that night.
“I snuck back here I need to meet you. You have helped me so much your music has given me all the answers I was looking for when my heart got broke…we went through the same thing @ the same time,” the note said, according to the police report. “Miley I love you!!! Please let me meet you.”
According to Tucker, it was all a misunderstanding. He claims he was fooled by a fake VIP pass, given to him by a truck driver. Despite the unfortunate outcome, the Omaha native says he’d do it all again given the chance.

Miley has not yet responded to Salvenson.
Strangers in her dressing room were the least of her worries. As Miley headed to Milwaukee, Wisconsin Sunday evening, she hit the stage in her most interesting costume yet.
The 21-year-old pop star was faced with a major decision during the show: step out on stage in her undies or miss her cue and disappoint thousands of eager fans. Naturally, she chose to hit the stage in her bra and panties because – well, why not?
After the show, Cyrus took to Twitter to explain the mishap and let her fans know it was just a one time deal.
