Diamond from Crime Mob has been through a lot.
She burst onto the scene with the hit song “Knuck If You Buck,” but things changed when she decided to leave Crime Mob for a solo career – either that or she was kicked out of the group, according to who’s telling the story.
The femcee was also in an abusive relationship with fellow rapper Scrappy. During an interview with Power 105.1’s Breakfast Club, she revealed that she and Scrappy used to have “fist fights,” so when she stopped by the No Judgment Zone with BlogXilla, Diamond explained how she would hide the marks from Scrappy’s abuse.
“A lot of the gigs that I was supposed to go to, I canceled a lot of those because I didn’t want to show up and appear in a certain light,” she said.
Diamond will talk about the abuse on her new show Sisterhood of Hip-Hop, which airs this summer on Oxygen.
