Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years, you’d know that if you start something with Rihanna, she’s going to finish it. Apparently TLC didn’t get the memo.
As you may know, a video interview of TLC was released last week, which showed T-Boz and Chilli commenting on female artists today who show off their bodies. When a clip of Rihanna was shown, T-Boz went on to say:
“You don’t have to be naked!”
In true Rihanna fashion, she clapped back on Twitter, calling the girl group ‘old thots.’ Now TLC wants to make it clear that their comments were misunderstood and they never mentioned any female artist in particular.
In an interview with Yahoo! Music, TLC advised Rihanna, or any artist, to man up the next time they have a problem with them, rather than starting Twitter beefs. They’re way too grown for that.
