A Montana man claims that he was “ripped off” by a stripper who refused to have sex with him. After paying $350 for a private dance, William McDaniel’s night didn’t go exactly as he planned it would. Not knowing the difference between dancers and prostitutes landed the 53-year-old man in jail for the night for soliciting sex. Police say that the dancer cut McDaniel’s private session short when he “became sexually aggressive” towards her. No surprise here, McDaniel wasn’t able to get a refund and was released Sunday after making bond. [Gawker]

The victim also shared her nightmare of a date with The Columbus Dispatch, telling them about numerous encounters she had with the man after meeting on the site “Plenty of Fish.” Smith has been charged with two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping.
