An Uber driver has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in New Delhi, India. The driver was taken into custody on Sunday after the woman’s medical examination supported her allegations. The woman says she was leaving a dinner on Friday when she used the car service. After the rape, the woman says the driver threatened her not to tell the police. The driver will face the court Monday morning (December 8). Uber has yet to release a statement on the case, but the company has since been banned in New Delhi. [BBC News

Looks like President Obama needs to lay off the greasy foods. The leader of the free world was hospitalized Saturday afternoon for acid reflux. After undergoing a CT scan, the president was free to head home. His physician, Dr. Ronny L. Jackson, released a statement on the case: “The CT scan was conducted this afternoon purely as a matter of convenience for the President’s schedule. The CT scan was normal. The President’s symptoms are consistent with soft tissue inflammation related to acid reflux and will be treated accordingly.” Someone get this man an antacid! [CNN

Officials have identified one of the missing students in Mexico. Alexander Mora’s remains were successfully identified as one of the burned bodies found in Guerrero. Police believe the other remains are the rest of the students. The group of students was reported missing in September after visiting the city of Iguala. Dr. Joseph Howard Meier, the man who misdiagnosed Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan in Texas, has spoken out about the incident. Meier’s medical background has been questioned since Duncan’s death this year. The doctor described the misdiagnosis as getting “struck by lighting, but mild in comparison to what Mr. Duncan’s family has gone through in losing a loved one to Ebola.” Read about Meier’s credentials here… [Dallas News
