An Indiana senior who clearly takes no shit found herself in the middle of a fierce battle to save her car and herself when three teens attempted to carjack her at gunpoint.
The woman, 67-year-old Kay Kise, may have looked like easy prey to the teenagers, but she refused to back down. The altercation left her with a swollen eye, bleeding on the brain, and broken bones in the face.
“I know it’s just a vehicle, but it’s the only thing I’ve got,” Kise told the Indianapolis Star. “And I don’t have no money to buy another one with. So they weren’t going to take it from me.”

It happened Sunday night when Kise, returning from a Christmas shopping excursion, parked in front of her Indianapolis house.
The assailants approached and one whipped out a silver gun, shoved it in her face and demanded the keys to her van.
“I said. ‘You’re not getting the keys to my car,'” Kise recalled.
“He said, ‘I said give me the keys’…and I hit that gun out of my face and I said, ‘You’re not taking my car. I haven’t had it that long. You’re not getting it.'”
The robbers pistol-whipped the senior citizen, whose cries caught the attention of a young neighbor who rushed to help — sending the suspects fleeing.
“I don’t hurt nobody,” Kise said afterward. “I don’t understand why children hurt me.”
In the end, the teens failed. Indianapolis police are now searching for suspects who hopefully know not to fuck with grandmas or women in general.
