Authorities are saying that Bruce Jenner might be at fault for the fatal car crash that resulted in the death of the drivers, Kim Howe.
According to Us Weekly, the Los Angeles Police Department released a statement to the outlet on the matter, which reveals that there is footage showing that the former decathlon winner hit both cars involved in the wreck.
The statement read:
“Whatever is being reported right now is not part of our investigation,” the LAPD noted. “We are still looking at the videos of the crash to determine what happened. We have not deemed who is at fault yet, the investigation is still very much open.”

According to the police source, Jenner was driving his Cadillac Escalade and hauling an ATV on a trailer on Saturday, Feb. 7, when he tried to avoid cars in front of him on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif. The former Olympian, in an attempt to steer away from cars slowing down in front of him, rear-ended two cars — one of which he pushed into traffic, the police personnel told the AP.
Originally, reports said that Bruce rear-ended Kim after she allegedly collided with a Toyota Prius that slowed down, but it was the hit from Bruce that propelled her vehicle into oncoming traffic.
TMZ got footage from the crash first, which was sourced from a bus, showing that Bruce had plowed into both of the cars.
The site reports:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … they are in possession of the video. Sources familiar with the bus in question — which was directly behind the Hummer — tell TMZ there are cameras mounted on the front, back and sides, and the videos show the entire accident.
Law enforcement will not tell us what’s on the video, but sources familiar with the video in question tell us it’s clear the Lexus never made contact with the Prius. Bruce hit the Lexus, which propelled it into oncoming traffic and then struck the Hummer. Bruce then continued on and hit the Prius.
