TIDAL is expanding its reach. The subscription-based streaming service announced this morning, December 20, that it launched a new TV app, available today. The app, compatible with Apple and Android TV, will allow subscribers to play audio and watch original and more in HD quality.

“The user-friendly interface allows TIDAL members to navigate the ‘Home’ section, which includes automated recommendations as well as top curated content such as concerts, livestreams, music videos, albums, podcasts and more,” the press release states. “Users can personalize the ‘My Collection’ section within the app, where members can play their favorite content. Search and access to the play queue is as simple as a click of a button.”

Looks like it’s going to be a merry Christmas after all! For more info on TIDAL’s small screen move, click here.
