Weighted Blanket

Because adulting is hard and sometimes all we want is a good night’s sleep, a weighted blanket is a perfect gift for any millennial.

How do they work, you ask? Well, weighted blankets come in a variety of sizes and weights. They’re unlike regular blankets. The deep pressure from the weight causes the body to produce serotonin and endorphins, which are the chemicals our bodies naturally use to feel relaxed or calm. Weighted blankets are used for those with anxiety, stress, restlessness, or those who just need a little extra help getting a full night’s sleep. the rule of thumb for choosing weight is for it to be 10 percent of the user’s body weight, plus a pound or two.
