Mariah Carey is back at it, telling Barbara Walters she felt unsafe around Nicki Minaj during the audition process for American Idol.

During an interview with Babs, the 42-year-old R&B legend open up about her fear of fellow AI judge Nicki after their blowout fight:
“It felt like an unsafe work environment,” she told Barbara Walters on Good Morning America Monday. “Anytime anybody’s reeling threats at somebody, you know, it’s not appropriate. “I’m a professional – I’m not used to that type of environment.”
Mariah is of course talking about a video that surfaced where the two divas got into a heated argument and Nicki Minaj walked off set. The video went viral and sparked a lot of allegations, but the show went on and Mimi and Nicki have played nice ever since.

Mariah continues:
“Sitting there on the road with two babies,” Mariah, 42, said, “I’m not going to take any chances.”
Nicki went on Twitter to make jokes about their beef, but it looks like everyone is hoping their feud will help ratings for the show!
