It’s been eight months since Amy Winehouse’s untimely death, but allocating the money from her estate is still in full swing.

NEW MUSIC: Amy Winehouse & Nas “Like Smoke”

The Back To Black singer didn’t have a living will, which many attribute to Amy only being 27, but she definitely had lots of money floating around in bank accounts.

Probate documents were released to the public revealing Amy had a whopping $4.6 million sitting in a bank account. Well, Amy’s money won’t go to anyone else but her parents.

So Amy’s once beloved Blake “Blakey” Fielder-Civil, who is currently incarcerated, won’t being seeing any of his now ex-wife’s estate.

Amy’s father Mitch Winehouse will be donating the $4.6 million to a non-profit charity founded in Amy’s honor called the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

The Amy Winehouse Foundation was created to help fight addiction amongst young people.

On July 23, 2011, Amy lost her battle with addiction when she was found dead at her home in London. Coroners eventually ruled that her death was caused by “excessive alcohol.”

We’re glad Amy’s estate money is going to a good cause.
