According to Jay’s former protege Memphis Bleek, she does! OK, Memphis’ quotes were more of a joke geared towards Hov and fatherhood.
Recently, Memphis appeared on MTV’s RapFix Live to talk about the father-daughter interaction between his big homie and Blue Ivy.
He said:
“It’s weird. It’s funny. She runs the office already…she could tear down the whole building; who gonna say what? And Blue got drivers, security — she poppin’.”
Also adding that:
“Seeing my man do his first burp, in my eyes, it’s a new thing and I love it. Fatherhood, it’s nothing like it. … Their brain is a sponge, and anything you teach ’em, they gonna learn and carry for the rest of their life.”

Memphis has taken a bit of a hiatus from the rap game to focus on being a father himself. Fatherhood has even impacted Jay-Z’s career as a rapper.
He dropped “Glory,” a track inspired and dedicated to his daughter, as well as recited some dope lines about artwork hanging in Blue’s room and fellas not being able to walk in his daughter’s socks on Rick Ross‘ “3 Kings.”
