At the top of the year, GlobalGrind released a list of the 23 most anticipated albums of 2013, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ forthcoming album was definitely on our list.

The trio’s fourth studio album is officially titled Mosquito and will feature guest appearances and production by the usual suspects, LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy, and Kool Keith.
It’s been a long four years since the group last released an album.
And the band’s frontwoman Karen O recently revealed that the band recorded the entire album in a “shitty little downtown New York City studio.”

Mosquito is set to hit store shelves April 16.
