It looks like the American Idol‘s judging panel might have a filled seat!
According to The Wrap, Jennifer Hudson is in talks of signing on to be the newest judge on the hit singing competition show!
An insider told the site:
“She got the offer and her reps are currently negotiating with [the show’s production company] Fremantle.”
“The show’s producers feel they’ve lost their core audience, and they want to bring back former contestants in order to tell their core audience, ‘We love you.’ They know they’ve made some major mistakes over the past few seasons and they want to make it right with their fans.”
Hmm, this could definitely get interesting!
Who wouldn’t want to hear some critique from one of the best power singers in the game? We wonder who else could be joining the panel… Ruben? Fantasia? Kelly Clarkson?
