In an in-depth interview with UK Vogue, UK singer Adele discusses her pre-show jitters and how she’s always throwing up before she hits the stage.

Although she never vomits on stage, Adele says she always “freaks out” before a performance.

Like many other celebrities, Adele experiences the pre-show performance anxiety, but she admits that her jitters are a little extreme.

“One show in Amsterdam I was so nervous I escaped out the fire exit. I’ve thrown up a couple of times. Once in Brussels I projectile vomited on someone. I just gotta bear it. But I don’t like touring. I have anxiety attacks a lot,” Adele said.

Adele also shares that she doesn’t care what other people say about her body, because her life is too “full of drama” to be worried about “something as petty as what I look like.”

The UK singer has been scrutinized for her full-figured body, but she’s not letting her haters get the best of her.

Adele admitted to UK Vogue that she doesn’t “go to the gym,” and that she likes “eating fine foods and nice wine.”

We accept Adele the way she is and think her voice is absolutely angelic.

Keep doing your thing Adele!
