Outside of a laundromat in Southside, Chicago a teen was shot dead in front of his mother and younger brother at just the age of 17.

DETAILS: HE HAS A NAME: Steven Ercolino, ESB Victim Planned On Getting Married

ABC Local reports:

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the boy as 17-year-old Jalen Stogner.

He was at a laundromat in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Friday with his mother and 10-year-old brother. Police say the teen got into an argument with a man in the parking lot.

The man pulled a gun, and Stogner tried to run away, but was shot in his back.

Police have yet to make any arrest.
