Turns out Ne-Yo's "fake" baby mama is giving him grief. According to TMZ, Jesseca White is hiring mega-attorney Gloria Allred to take legal action against the singer for breaking a confidentiality clause and spilling the beans on their "Maury"-like debacle.

Grammy Award winning R&B artist Ne-Yo joined with music legend Herbie Hancock, Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, and singers Delta Rae and Natasha Bedingfield for a new music video for their collaborative song "Forward" in support of Barack Obama's re-election campaign.
