The very pregnant Alicia looked absolutely stunning with hubby and producer Swizz Beatz by her side. The Keep a Child Alive Black Ball brought out some of music’s biggest stars including Whitney Houston, Usher, Sade, Janelle Monae, and Ryan Leslie.
