Miley Cyrus is at it again! Just a year after the 18 year-old singer/actress purchased a $3.4 million house in Toluca Lake for her birthday, she has already upgraded to a new pad located in Studio City for a cool $3.9 million.
With a net worth of $120 million, the former Hannah Montana star clearly has no problem buying a luxury home in this economy.
Her estate features five bedrooms, a spa inspired master suite with a huge master bathroom, surround sound, a saltwater pool, large patio, fireplace, spectacular canyon views, and 10 parking spots!
According to businessinsider.com, the home was officially purchased by Sunshine Girl Trust, an entity Miley Cyrus has used in the past to purchase her other properties.
