Here are two new tracks from DC native Wale “Kini-Big Deal” and “Basehead”. No word on when the tracks was recorded. The tracks may be just leftovers from Wale’s Attention Deficit project or some unfinished leaks for something he is currently working on. Wale goes in on “Basehead” which has a heavy freestyle feel; Wale seems to be proving himself as a lyricist on this track. In the lighthearted “Kini-Big Deal” Wale incorporated some of his Nigerian roots and wordplay in the song, which he isn’t new to doing. Maybe Wale is gearing up for a new project… Mixtape maybe? Who knows… until then listen and comment.
