Disney Kid Demi Lovato traded in her Mickey Mouse ears for a risque dress last night at the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards, held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Demi, who has had self esteem issues in the past, attended the event in a plum colored dress with a plunging neckline so deep you almost hear the splash it made on the red carpet!
The dress revealed the 19-year-old singer and actress’ newly found confidence, glowing olive skin and ample chi-chis which were supported by her will alone.
Lovato also toned down her red hair, choosing a chestnut look. Her make-up looked great, too.

Last year Demi went through a rough time, including dealing with substance abuse issues, cutting and eating disorders, eventually landing her in rehab. Now, Demi is back and better than ever. And she’s glad she went through it when she did.
“I can honestly say I’m glad I hit rock bottom when I did,” Demi told Latina magazine. “I see a lot of young people in this industry who feel entitled because they haven’t hit rock bottom yet. I feel blessed when I get an opportunity now.”
