Trey Songz can have almost any woman he wants, yet he admits he does get lonely.
In part one of our interview with the “Neighbors Know My Name” singer, he told us, “I don’t know if people can ever understand how you can be in a room full of people and be lonely sometimes. Later adding, “that one thing that keeps a person together, sometimes I’m missing that as far as love is considered.”

In an interview with Funkmaster Flex, you said you don’t have side chick, you have understandings with women, hinting that you have open relationships. Honestly, could a women ever lock you down in this day and age?
Yeah! I think anybody could fall in love.
What kind of woman would it take to lock you down? Because any women who would seriously settle down with you would have to deal with so much.
(Laughs) That’s probably why I’m by myself. It takes a strong woman, first of all. It takes a woman that knows herself that has enough going on in her world, where she cannot allow herself to be engulfed in mine, because I’ve seen that happen before.
After all the experiences that you’ve had with women, can you still respect women?
I will always respect women.
Can you respect the groupies?
The way a woman or a man handles themselves, at a certain age I can’t blame you for the way you act, because somebody didn’t bring you up right and the betterment is why I have a foundation titled Angels and Hearts. That’s why I have Trey’s Angels to let women know that they are angels. To let them know what precedence they hold and what they have and at the same time I’m a man.
I’m a human, I have different emotions on different days, I can sing a song like “Don’t Love Me” and sing a song like “Sex Ain’t Better Than Love” and mean them both at a different time. It’s easy for people to say you did this, so you’re this kind of person, but ain’t nobody perfect man, everybody f*ck up.
