“Thank you guys, so much. This award is amazing. The nominees that I was up against are people that I look up to and inspire to be one day. And I won this award because of my fans, so I dedicate this to you guys. You guys are absolutely amazing. I love you guys so much and without you guys Tweeting so many times I wouldn’t be up here tonight.”
Before Demi accepted her award, the singer took to the stage to perform “Give your Heart A Break,” her second single off of Unbroken.
