The legendary Adam Yauch passed away last Friday, May 4th of cancer and the industry has been in mourning ever since.

But with a little rain always comes sunshine and even though we’re sad he’s gone, we’re happy to have an amazing Beastie Boy legacy left behind.
A few days ago in Brooklyn, some artist took to the streets to show their gratitude for the legend in BK style tradition with a graffiti mural in the Mid-Section of Brooklyn – right where Adam attended Edward R. Murrow High School.
