Earl has a moment of clarity over a piano-riddled and cadence-driven beat, where he discusses having a deadbeat dad, looking up to Tyler, the Creator as a brother, and a strained relationship with his over compensating mother.
“It’s probably been 12 years since my father left/fatherless/and I just used to say I hate him, and decide it’s jest/when honestly, I missed this n*gga like/when I was six, and everytime I got the chance to see him, I would swallow it,” raps Earl.
