The Brooklyn Nets NBA star is currently in the middle of a divorce with wife Kim Kardashian, but it’s going to be hard to finish on his terms, since his lawyer just quit on him!

According to TMZ, lawyer Marshall Waller has backed out of the case due to an “irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship.“
The two were unable to agree on many things throughout the trial, and Waller has clearly had enough of their going back-and-forth.
The site reports:
Kris still has an out-of-state lawyer — Lee Hutton, but now Hutton needs another California lawyer to sponsor him in the divorce case … a case that has dragged on for almost a year-and-a-half.
