What does a pre-teen know about the right to own a gun?

VIDEO: Genius! “Saturday Night Live” Takes On The Gun Control Bill In A Ridiculous Way

Apparently…everything.

This weekend at an “Honor Your Oath” rally at the State House in Concord, New Hampshire, an 11-year-old child was spotted holding a huge AR-15 as he rallied with 300 others to protest House Bill 135.

The bill would repeal the so-called ‘Stand Your Ground’ law the Legislature passed just last year, according to the Union Leader.

But the 11-year-old gun-toting kid, who has been identified as Hunter Cogswell, wasn’t the most upsetting thing at the rally. It was a sign that really drove home the twisted view of gun-advocates.

Hunter stood waving a big, white flag that read “Come and Take it.” See the photo here.

Not sure where Hunter’s parents were, but we’re wondering why they would let him take that stand, let alone carry a rifle (even if it wasn’t loaded).

“SMH” is all we can say.
