The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies continues to kick ass at the box office, pulling in $41,420,000 this weekend to capture the number one spot. A lot of money was spent at the box office this holiday weekend, with Unbroken and Into The Woods both pulling in over $31 million. Check out the full top 10 here.

After a ton of controversy, The Interview got its release and ended up pulling in a cool $15 million off downloads alone. The Hollywood Reporter reports:

The movie has been rented or purchased over 2 million times, already making it the studio’s biggest online film of all time.

Director Judd Apatow had more choice words for Bill Cosby, who is fighting a long list of sexual assault allegations.

“He should speak publicly about how false this all is,” the “Superbad” producer wrote in a Twitter chat on Friday to a fan who wrote, “innocent until proven” about Cosby.

Later he added that this isn’t about extortion, because these women aren’t asking for anything. Do you think Bill Cosby will respond?
