Jamar Pinkney Sr. ‘Guilty’ of Killing His Son
The look on his face in this pic is the same look he had when he testified and when they read the verdict. This guy did not care. He got 35 to 80 years.

As the verdict was read and as he testified he had no emotion. This guy is a piece of work……….. I watched the details of this trial unfold and he even told obvious lies to try justify what he did to his son who was named after him…… a Jr.
1. This guy claims that his son told him that he had sex with his 3 year old half sister. He said that his son told him ‘I pulled my pants down and put my penis inside her’…….Doctors examination determined that was a lie. Why would the boy say all of that to him? Why would Jamar Jr. say he put his penis inside her and didn’t? Wouldn’t that just make him more upset? There was no damage of any kind found after a doctor examined the little girl. Yet 5 days later the girls mother took her to her pediatrician and they determined that there was a scratch in the little girl’s vaginal area. Remember it wasn’t there before…… IMO at that time he had killed his son for what his girlfriend told him and had to make the murder justified. So I think she put scratch there to help him get off. It didn’t work.
2. He was found guilty of 2nd degree murder. 2nd degree because it was determined that there was no premeditation. IMO, there was premeditation. He brought the gun with him to discipline his 15 year old son. WTF else did they want? Well at least he was found guilty and he didn’t seem to care at all.
3. Jurors were interviewed and 2 wanted 2nd degree the other 10 wanted 1st degree….. SMH He should have gotten 1st degree. This would have given him the death penalty. The sam thing he found his son guilty of.
Jamar Jr.’s mom is extremely grief stricken. She testified with a jersey with her son’s name on it. She keeps his bedroom the way he left it. Just as most grief stricken mothers do. Watching her testify and hearing her interview was heart breaking. UW wishes her the best and extends our deepest condolences.
