Many people thought it wouldn’t happen, but Jennifer Lopez has officially started or re-started her music career. It is more like the second part. She has hopped on to Taio Cruz‘s single Dynamite and sounds pretty good on it.

The song mostly sounds the same, but J-Lo comes in on the bridge with her own verse and after that she mostly sings backup. This remix is not worse than the original, but it also is not so much better because it is only changed a bit. If she was really good, it could’ve been an instant classic, but she had a very small role.

This remix is definitely not one that ruins the song. I think it had the potential to be better though. Listen to it and tell me what you think in the comments.

In other J-Lo news…after news spread that she would be the new American Idol judge, the deal has now fell through and she will not get the job. There was a deal in the works, but ‘her demands got out of hand,’ says a source.
