Pacific Rim is about to hit theaters this weekend and the movie has one of the most famous people in the world singing its praises.
Kanye West is in love with the film! The Watch The Throne rapper tweeted to the world exactly what he thought of the action movie:

So what it is about this movie that Yeezy loves?
If you don’t know, Pacific Rim features Jaegers, aka the robots, and Kaiju, aka the monsters, who come to try to destroy the world. An epic battle ensues.

With that said, I’ve come up with 12 reasons why Pacific Rim is one of Yeezy’s favorite movies of all time.
Kanye is really a geek at heart.
He’s Yeezus, and like the Jaegers, he too has special powers. This is it.
The 3D in the movie is so good it left Kanye looking like this:
The special effects are so awesome that someone had to tell ‘Ye that the Kaiju weren’t real. His response?
This movie made him realize that he wasn’t the best ever.
