Last night at 7:20PM, Antiq Hennis was taking a stroll across a street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn when, suddenly, things took a turn for the worse.

The 1-year-old was shot on the left side of his face while his parents crossed the street. He died later that day at Brooksdale University Hospital and though police have yet to make any arrests, it’s speculated that the shot was meant for Antiq’s father.

“I heard three to four shots. … I saw a man with a stroller screaming: ‘My baby got shot! My baby got shot,’ ” witness Gina Gamboa, 23, told the New York Post.

“He was going crazy.”

Police are continuing their investigation.

May little Antiq rest in peace.
