In what Bill Cosby’s attorney is calling “ridiculous,” two more women have joined a defamation lawsuit against the disgraced comedian amid a landslide of sexual assault allegations. Linda Traitz and Therese Serignese told CNN they would be joining the suit organized by Tamara Green — the three are at least 23 women who have come forward and accused the actor of sexual misconduct. Traitz alleges Cosby assaulted her in 1969 when she was about 18 or 19-years-old. Serignese, now a nurse, said she was 19-years-old when Cosby told her to take some pills in a private dressing room. Two U.S. ski team prospects died in an avalanche in the Austrian Alps Monday, authorities confirmed. The skiers — 20-year-old Ronnie Berlack and 19-year-old Bryce Astle — died when their group of six skiers set off an avalanche near the team’s training base. Four others escaped without injury. An Uber driver was suspended and made to apologize after he threw a gay couple out of a cab in London for kissing and cuddling. Corey Watts and Jordan Sloan were in the cab on New Year’s Day when the driver kicked them out of the vehicle. When asked why they were being ejected, the driver allegedly said: “I take gays but they don’t normally do this.” Uber is investigating the incident. Read about it here… [ITV]

So much for remembering the ’90s in a good light. Dustin Diamond (aka Screech from Saved by the Bell) will stand trial for allegedly stabbing a man with a switch blade during the holidays. The former nerd posted bail, but has been charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct, and carrying a concealed weapon. He told police he accidentally stabbed the man while defending his fiancée. Read more here… [Gawker]
