According to RadarOnline.com, there were some people who witnessed the incident first-hand, and now they are being called in for questioning.
State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said in a statement:
In our investigation of the Chris Brown incident, we have taken the statements of our local witnesses and have just finished discussing with the lead Miami Beach Detective the additional witness information supplied by Mr. Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos. We now must interview these individuals, some of whom may be from out of state, just as we do in every criminal investigation in order to uncover the truth in its entirety.

If Chris is charged in this case, there’s a good chance that he could see some jail time, being that his probation is tight.
A source told RadarOnline:
Chris wouldn’t need to be convicted in the Miami case, if he is charged. The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for the singer’s probation if he is arrested and charged.
Chris was accused of taking an overzealous fan’s super expensive iPhone when she tried to get a pic of him a few weeks back. Some say it was his buddy Tyga who did the deed, either way as the investigation continues, we will find out soon!
