Frank Ocean is not about to leave Chris Brown’s record unblemished in the face of the physical dispute the pair had; the Odd Future member has decided to press charges against Breezy.

The fight took place outside Westlake Studios in West Hollywood on Sunday night, when according to reports, the two musicians got in an altercation over a parking spot.
The New York Post reports:
R&B singer Frank Ocean intends to press charges against bully boy Chris Brown for punching him and starting an all-out brawl outside Westlake Studios in West Hollywood on Sunday night.
Police want to talk to Brown, who is still on probation for beating up Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.
Ocean, who publically came out in July as a bisexual, is “desirous of prosecution,” L.A. Sheriff’s Office spokesman Steve Whitmore told The Post. “We’ll find out what happened.”
The fight over a parking space reportedly involved six men. Ocean tweeted: “got jumped by Chris and a couple guys. Lol. I only wish Everest was there.” Everest is his dog.
Chris Brown was not on the scene when the police arrived and it was not clear until now if Frank was planning on pressing charges.
Charges against Chris Brown, who is still currently on probation for the 2009 assault of Rihanna, will violate his probation and subsequently lead to some serious trouble for Brown.
The brawl with Frank Ocean marks Breezy’s second altercation with a fellow male musician, the first being with Drake this summer in which no charges were brought against either party.
