Things just keep getting worse for Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.

Manziel’s most recent brush with the law comes after he told his girlfriend Colleen Crowley, “shut up or I’ll kill us both,” during an argument in Dallas last week. According to a WFAA-TV, Crowley also claimed that Manziel forced her “into a car, hitting her, and dragging her by the hair.”

The 23-year-old, who has had a rough go at it since entering the league, said Crowley’s claims are untrue.

It didn’t happen. I’m completely stable. I’m safe and secure,” Johnny told TMZ.

The argument was supposedly about another girl and when Crowley tried to leave a Dallas hotel, Manziel restrained her and led her away. “I was crying and begged the valet, ‘Please don’t let him take me. I’m scared for my life!’ she told cops.

He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself. He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I still cannot today, two days later,” she added.

According to Crowley, she began to tell Manziel that she loved him; that’s when he began laughing and allegedly said, “Shut up or I’ll kill us both.”

The fight continued in her apartment before Crowley grabbed a kitchen knife and Manziel fled on foot.

In light of these events, Manziel’s agent Erik Burkhardt has officially ended his dealings with the football player. His future with the Browns is also unclear.
