Legal heirs to Prince‘s $300 million estate will soon be determined.

According to The Associated Press, a hearing will be held in Minneapolis on Monday (June 27) “for the narrow purpose of discussing issues related to the protocols for determining who is an heir, including how DNA testing will be conducted.”

The hearing will not determine any individual legal heirs just yet, however. “That will be the subject of future proceedings,” AP reports, adding that “claimants will have the opportunity to raise objections during Monday’s hearing.”

Minnesota law holds that children of deceased family members reserve priority if no will was left behind. If the deceased had no children, siblings come next, which leaves Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, along with his six half siblings.

Until an agreement is reached, Bremer Trust – who recently appointed L. Londell McMillan and Charles A. Koppelman to manage Prince’s assets – will continue to oversee Prince’s estate. Though Prince had wishes to convert his home of Paisley Park into a museum before his passing, the final decision will ultimately be left to whomever becomes legal heir.

Prince was found unresponsive in Paisley Park on April 21. The singer was honored with multiple tribute performances during the 2016 BET Awards.
