Jay-Z and Beyonce have become music’s first billion dollar couple. That’s right, they both make so much money that combined – they’re worth a billi!
According to the International Business Times, the hip-hop power couple has broken the billion dollar bank. Beyonce is set to make $116 million dollars from The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. Add that to her rumored $50 million dollar deal with Pepsi, her deal with H&M, and the money she makes from music. Combine that with Hov’s Roc Nation Sports, 40/40 deal, the venture with Universal Records, the Budweiser Made In America deal, and you’ve got their 2013.
Calculate the bank they already have, and oh boy!
However, Bey and Jay are not the richest in the game. Entertainment Weekly points out someone has even more green.
Paul McCartney, at least, has long topped the London Sunday Times “Rich List” of very-monied U.K. and Irish musicians and will do so again this year, with a fortune estimated at more than $1 billion.
Jay and Beyonce still have a ways to go!
